Great Little Art Show 2025 - Artwork

Organized by Avon River Arts, the Great Little Art Show, a community favourite since 1998, raises important funds that contribute to the ongoing operation of the Avon River Heritage Museum and Avon Spirit Shipyard.

Featuring the work of 30 artists, this year’s collection includes a variety of paintings, drawings, photography, pastel, fibre and textile creations. Opening night brought out about 100 people and we're happy to report that 19 pieces were scooped up right off the bat. With new work arriving throughout the May and June, be sure to make a special trip down to explore the work created by these talented local artists and perhaps show your support by selecting a piece to take home. Open by donation, the museum and art gallery are open weekends 10-5 in May and Wed-Sun throughout June.
