Held on the last Saturday in September, the Honey Harvest Festival is intended to promote and support local beekeepers and businesses, while educating the public about beekeeping practices and products.

10th annual HONEY HARVEST FESTIVAL
September 27th, 2025


Join us in the Avon Spirit Shipyard, set along the historic Newport Landing waterfront, to meet and mingle with local beekeepers, farmers, artisans, wineries and brewers.

Learn about best practices for supporting healthy hives and pick out the queen bee in a demonstration hive.

Bring your appetite and join us in celebrating our favourite pollinators!

2025 Vendor Information

This market is meant to support local beekeepers, farmers, artisans, wineries and brewers. Preference is given to those whose products relate directly to bees and honey.

• The cost to participate is $60 for a single booth (8' space with 1 table), $100 for a double booth (14' space with 2 tables), $100 for an outdoor booth (10' x 10' space with 2 tables) or $100 for a food truck/trailer. Tables included measure 5' and 6' or you can supply your own.

• Access to electricity is limited.

• Those serving food or alcohol must obtain necessary permits. 

• In addition to your online application form, please email images of your products to [email protected] with the subject Honey Harvest and your Business/Applicant Name.

Applications are being accepted until June 30th, or until we reach maximum capacity. Once reviewed, applicants will be contacted via email.

A look back to our very first Honey Harvest Festival, held on September 10th, 2016

Le festival Honey Harvest vise à promouvoir et à soutenir les apiculteurs locaux et les entreprises vertes, tout en sensibilisant le public sur les pratiques et les produits apicoles.

Joignez-vous à nous dans le chantier naval Avon Spirit, situé le long du front de mer historique de Newport Landing, pour rencontrer les apiculteurs, les artisans, les vignobles et les brasseurs locaux. Renseignez-vous sur les meilleures pratiques pour soutenir les ruches saines et choisissez la reine des abeilles dans une ruche de démonstration. Le Lydia et Sally Café seront de nouveau à servir un menu inspiré du miel, alors apportez votre appétit et rejoignez-nous comme nous célébrons nos polinisateurs préférés!

Cet événement est gratuit pour le public et il n'ya pas de frais pour le stationnement ou l'entrée.
